why sisters retreat?

get to know us

We are three sisters (two biological and one sisterlike) with a common goal: to empower women to find the heroine within themselves. We have traveled the world together, taken all of the best parts of our travels, added what we have learned along the way, and put them into a weekend full of empowerment and love. Come 'nourish your roots and dust your crowns' with us.

Anne McDonough

Anne McDonough has taught professionally in many areas, everything from snowboarding to elementary school. In teaching, she shares the things that bring her joy in hopes that it will help others.

She loves to travel with her sisters, to organize things, and anything tropical. Anne has practiced yoga on-and-off for years. Life's challenges prompted her to deepen her practice. As yoga brought healing, she wanted to share that with others, so she became a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Teaching the healing art of yoga has been rewarding for her, and she can’t wait to share it with you at Sisters Retreat!
